1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received. Full payment terms and deadlines are communicated at the time of booking via WhatsApp or email. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise and are subject to change until a deposit is paid.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by trip and are shared at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made closer to the departure date incur higher fees due to non-refundable third-party bookings (boats, accommodation).
3. Itinerary Changes
Itineraries may change due to weather, safety conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives.
4. Traveler Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for their own travel insurance, personal belongings, and disclosing any relevant medical conditions prior to departure.
5. Liability
Gayain Nusantara acts as a trip organizer and coordinates third-party services (transport, accommodation, activities). We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including weather-related disruptions.
